It’s a bad sign if your prospect is not asking any questions and just agreeing with everything. This means they really aren’t interested in your business and eventually you will never hear from them again. You will find that the people that do not come up with MLM recruiting questions are just doing that to get you off the phone. If your brand new
your probably wondering what kind of objections will come up and how do I answer them?
You will be surprised that most of the objections or questions that come up are usually the same ones. The thing is that most questions are prompted by what you are saying. If your getting the same objections in the first conversation over and over again then odds your causing the questions. A good way to find out if your prompting MLM objections then you should record your conversations. You don’t have to record both sides of the conversation and any kind of recorded will do.
Most Common MLM Recruiting Questions
So what are the most common recruiting questions or objections? It’s a matter of time before you get objections to joining your business and it’s part of the process. Like I said before it’s a good sign your getting objections or MLM recruiting questions. Now onto the most common objections and how to answer them.
- Objection- ” I don’t have enough money”. Answer- Why do you think that is? Get them to talk and convince themselves. Show them that what they’ve been doing is not working and it’s time to come up with some new ways of making money. You can also give them options on how to get the money, do they have something they can sell? Maybe like a TV set that is keeping them broke.
- Question- ” Is this is a pyramid?” Answer- I’m not sure what a pyramid is can you explain it to me? Most people have no clue on how network marketing works and heard it from someone else. You can also ask them is that what your looking for? Because if so I cannot help you because those are illegal.
- Objection- I don’t have enough time. Answer- From what you told me in order for you to get ( their why) your going to have to make time. Explain to them they can do the business working 7-10 hours per week.
- Objection- I’m not good at sales. Answer- Have you ever been to a job interview or dated someone? In fact you were selling, you were selling yourself. All we do is solve problems for people. We don’t sell or convince people, we educate them.
As you can see that there are not that many MLM recruiting questions that come up besides these. The reason you’ll get these is because people want to slow down the process and these are the common objections.
MLM Recruiting Questions And How To Never Miss A Beat Answering Them
There are times that you might not get one of the MLM objections that I have covered above. That’s okay because now you will be even more prepared for when you get it the next time. So how do you answer a question that you do not know the answer to? You should really never have this problem because you should be using 3 ways calls when your doing follow up calls.
3 way calls are a must when it comes to MLM recruiting. Even top earners use 3 way calls because they know the importance of third person credibility. Now they know that there is someone else they will be working with. Now you can have your upline, sideline or whoever is conducting the call with you can answer those tough MLM recruiting questions for you.
But while you are on the phone you should be taking notes and writing down the objection that came up and the answer that was given. Even if your conducting calls on your own and you get an objection you do not know how to answer. Write it down and get the answer to it. It’s okay if you don’t know the answer, tell your prospect that you do not have the answer but you can get it for them.
In conclusion remember that MLM recruiting questions are a good sign and that your prospect is involved with the process. You want people who ask the hard questions, because they are the ones that will stick it out in your business.
